Refunds Policy

Chill Jill Ltd. are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we will be
more than happy to refund or exchange within a 30 day period.
Just complete the returns form which you can print off the online returns form here,
send it back to us with all the brand packaging. A valid receipt must be included with
your returns form.
All discounted sales are final. Discounted sales items are non-refundable.

Please ensure you send items securely packaged to Chill Jill Ltd., as we will not
accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange.
Chill Jill Ltd. seal our jiffy envelopes and postal boxes for additional security and
reusing these envelopes or boxes is not recommended, as the security is
compromised once opened.
Please note: We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered
to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item by
Registered Post.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is faulty, is an incorrect item or
an item has been damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of receipt with
your order number, and we will contact you to arrange how to send the item(s) back
to us. 
If there is a fault with your product, please return it to us for investigation with the
returns form. Proof of purchase is required. Please retain proof of postage so that we
can refund you. If the product is deemed faulty, to be decided in the sole discretion
of the Company, we will replace the product for you, or if you prefer will refund you
the cost of the product plus standard shipping cost, but not the price of any other
delivery option chosen by you.
Returns for Goods Bought Online
Chill Jill can only accept returns from online sales if all goods are returned, fit for
resale in all its original, unopened packaging. Note delivery charges are non-
refundable. All returns must be made within 30 working days from the sale. A proof
of purchase is required. You will be required to organise and pay for the return of all
items to us.
Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping
charges deducted from the return credit.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. Items that
are returned without a valid receipt will not be refunded. 

This warranty and return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders.
All discounted sales are final. Discounted sales items are non-returnable. Discount
sales are defined by any sale price that is lower than the original published value of
the item on our website at the time of purchase. Discount sale items include
seasonal and end-of-line sale items. 

Refunds will only be processed using the payment method used during the
purchase. A valid receipt must be included with your returns/refund form.
Chill Jill ltd. will not accept liability for incorrect address detail input during checkout.
Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by our customers will only be
resent or refunded if the order is returned unopened by the postal service used for
delivery, no refunds will be issued due to errors caused by end-users. 
 Chill Jill Ltd. are unable to replace items which are lost by the customer.  

EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanges are done at customer's expense, unless agreed in
advance with Chill Jill Ltd. or the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault upon
inspection.

LOST IN POST

Chill Jill Ltd. will deem an item lost in post once 30 working days (including Saturday)
have passed following dispatch (in line with An Post policy).
International orders that are lost in post must wait until 60 working days have passed
excluding the 5-7 working day delivery time, i.e. 35-37 working days following
dispatch.
We require confirmation in writing that the item(s) have been lost in the post, you
must advise Chill Jill Ltd. within 30 days of dispatch or we cannot consider a claim
for lost in post. Chill Jill Ltd. are unable to replace items which are lost by the
customer.
