Information about menopause and perimenopause is widely available. However, a lot of people may seek answers to questions about what is best for them. During our one-on-one online or telephone 45 minute sessions , we will discuss  your unique circumstances and create a plan that meets your specific needs.
We will assist in providing you with the knowledge and direction in a confidential , supportive and safe setting.
