Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By booking an appointment with ChillJill.ie, you agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms:

Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time if they wish to cancel their appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time using the rescheduling link provided in the booking confirmation email. If you experience any difficulty rescheduling, please contact info@chilljill.ie as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a €20 cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a €30 no-show fee.

Refunds

Any cancellation fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable Irish law.

Exceptional Circumstances

Chill Jill Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation or no-show fees in exceptional circumstances.

Changes by Chill Jill Ltd

Chill Jill Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its reasonable control. Where possible, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any payment already made for the affected appointment.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable Irish consumer protection legislation.
