Chill Jill Ltd. are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we will be more than happy to refund or exchange within a 30 day period. Just complete the returns form and send your item back to us with all the brand packaging along with the form. A valid receipt must be included with your returns form. All discounted sales are final. Discounted sales items are non-refundable.Our returns form can be found below. Please ensure you send items securely packaged to Chill Jill Ltd., as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange. Chill Jill Ltd. seal our jiffy envelopes and postal boxes for additional security and reusing these envelopes or boxes is not recommended, as the security is compromised once opened.
